Why Clean a Data Centre?

Dust and airborne contamination in the data center can significantly harm the comms room storage servers and other telecommunication devices if not remediated on time. Why is dust flammable?

Building a data center can create an environment ripe for arc flash. With this type of build up, the flow of electrical current can be interrupted and drawn to an outside conductor, creating a subsequent arc flash.

How we work

The most important for us is to MAINTAIN THE HOUSEKEEPING not only during deep clean but also during all data center building process for all subcontractors on Site.

Due to this process we divide our teams to GENERAL CLEANING teams and DEEP CLEANING teams. All teams follow the rules of WASTE SEGREGATION so our Clients may get CO – FINANCING FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT from the government.

We want our Clients to feel safe and in control and that is why each cleaning day work is proved by 3 types of checklists, checked and signed by the Client together with pictures from the cleaning work and supervised by Polala supervisors each moment and day.

In order to proof the highest white glove cleaning quality we use AIR PURIFYING PLASMA devices so we are able to reach even Class 7of the ISO standard.

Deep cleaning process is always finalized with a FINALL DEEP CLEANING REPORT with all measurement proved with photos due to Class 8 of the ISO 14644-1 standard.

We provide and protect our CLIENTS with deep cleaning ISO 14644-1 - FS 209E (legacy) REPORT- done once a year - is necessary to keep the DATA CENTRE INSURANCE ACTIVE

At your service

Polala white glove cleaning teams and supervisors are strictly aware of SAFETY PROCEDURES, RAMS and METHODS STATEMENTS so important on Site.

Our teams are DRESSED in a special deep cleaning suits – also used in the pharmaceutical industry – we use only PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT such as: micro backpack deep cleaning vacuums, backpack compressors, micro brushes, special deep cleaning battery machines and other professional equipment.

At the deep cleaning final stage we use decontamination sticky mats and other dustproof materials. We use ONLY ECO FRIENDLY, produced and eco tested in our laboratories proved by eco certificates. Our chemistry consist of baking soda, lemon juice and borax rock.
